They trick you into a 1 month subscription for 9.95. I was never told it would renew at the regular price. They won't refund $49 and some change.. don't let them sales reps trick you like they did to meand the manager said she will not refund me

Took my brand new vehicle here 5 times in the past month. Each time there was a new scratch after the wash. Start paying close attention, you'll see what I am talking about.

Hello I would like to acknowledge Jeremy who quickly solved my license plate problem by taking my number, looking me up, and then giving me my express wash as a monthly club member. I watched him handle my request, another concern with someone else , and the car wash line all with Top Tier Customer Service! Jeremy was knowledgeable , polite , prompt and if he can’t solve your issue he will quickly pass it on to someone who will fix the issue. Keep up the great work Jeremy! I appreciate you!

Spent $20 on a car wash and the machine ripped the heat shield off of my car that I have only had for 6 months. The on site manager filled out an incident report and was very kind, but it’s been two days and I still have not heard from the district manager Mike Weedman. They refused to give me his contact information and told me I would have to wait for him to contact me. I had to buy a new heat shield because the old one was too damaged. Turns out, the place I took it to for the repair is very close and said they get about 4 damaged vehicles from that car wash a month. So, use the car wash at your own risk.
